Responsibility / CSR

The company is committed to comply with national labor, health and safety, environmental, ethical and other social responsibility laws and regulations, and to comply with internationally recognized standards and other applicable industry standards and international conventions. The company develops company policies, production processes and work environments that meet labor conditions, health and safety, environmental safety, and ethics in accordance with industry standards, and continuously improves working conditions and employee benefits. The company makes the following commitments in four aspects: labor policy, health and safety, environmental protection, and ethics, and requires all departments of the company to strictly enforce:

I. First, the labor

Free choice
Do not use coercion, mortgage (including debt), contractual restraint or involuntary prison labor, do not enslave or sell labor. Employees are prohibited from paying (deposit) or depositing ID cards at the company when they are employed, and employees are working overtime.

No child labor
Child labor must not be used at any stage of manufacture. When recruiting, you must be 16 years of age or older. The company may not arrange for workers under the age of 18 to engage in work that may endanger the health or safety of the minor.

Operating hours
Employees volunteer to work overtime, and the company does not mandate employees to work overtime.

Salary and welfare
The wages provided by the company to employees in accordance with local regulations shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard in the region. The composition of wages shall be clearly stated through the document system, and employees shall be given corresponding holidays, working time wages, overtime pay and purchase insurance in strict accordance with the regulations.

Humane treatment
Workers are treated in a violent and inhumane manner, and any form of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical oppression, verbal abuse and violence are prohibited.

Non discrimination
The company promises employees to be free from harassment and unlawful discrimination. The company is based on the individual abilities and job needs of employees in terms of hiring, salary, training opportunities, upgrades, work arrangements (including overtime), and dismissal. Discrimination in race, social class, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender orientation, trade union membership or political relations.

Free association
Employees have the right to join the trade union freely. The trade union can conduct collective bargaining on behalf of employees and the company. The company respects this right of employees.

II. Second, health and safety

Occupational safety, public and industrial hygiene
Strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, effectively control the source of safety and health risks, and provide employees with a healthy and safe working and living environment. Ensure that drinking water, sanitation, fire safety, lighting and ventilation in the workplace comply with regulatory requirements, take appropriate measures on the basis of compliance, minimize the hazards in the work environment, and conduct regular health checks and training.

Emergency Response
The company established a safety organization structure and various emergency response teams, formulated various safety emergency plans, and regularly trained relevant personnel on safety knowledge and emergency plans. Equipped with emergency facilities and equipment in accordance with the regulations, and regularly carry out drills for emergency plans to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.

III. Third, environmental protection


Compliance with regulations and resource conservation
Strictly comply with relevant regulatory requirements, obtain necessary environmental permits, approval documents and registration certificates, maintain and regularly update, legally handle solid waste and control the use of hazardous chemicals. Strengthen the investment in energy-saving and emission reduction and technological transformation of enterprises, rational planning and system management, and ensure that various environmental indicators are within the scope of the regulations. Actively eliminate backward production equipment and processes, actively implement clean production, improve the comprehensive utilization of resources, and reduce pollutant emissions. Formulate scientific and feasible emergency plans for emergencies and organize emergency drills to ensure environmental safety.

Green product
Strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations and customer requirements for prohibiting or restricting specific substances, and strictly control the material procurement and production processes to ensure that products meet the requirements of green environmental protection.

Mitigation and adaptation to climate change
Energy consumption and greenhouse gases should be properly tracked in the appropriate workplace to minimize energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions to mitigate and adapt to climate change.

Fourth, ethics
The company’s business always follows the laws and regulations of the country where the business is located, business operation mode, customs and so on. When the ethics, customs, laws and regulations of these countries conflict with the company’s adherence to the concept, the company will seek to be consistent with the company’s adherence to the moral concept.

Integrity management
The company follows the highest standards of integrity in all business interactions, and the company prohibits any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion and misappropriation of public funds.

Information disclosure
Disclose information about business activities, organizational structure, financial condition, and performance in accordance with applicable regulations and key industry practices. All disclosures are reviewed by the Finance Department and the Legal Public Relations Department to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.

Intellectual property
Respect for intellectual property rights. Do not disclose confidential information or personal information of the company, customers or suppliers to others when doing information security protection.

Fair trade
Strictly abide by the applicable fair competition law and antitrust laws. No employee can manipulate or use privileged information, or obtain unfair benefits in other unfair ways. The company adheres to the standards of fair trade, advertising and competition.
