Product with quality problems can be returned to the company’s repair department. Please do not hesitate to discuss any issues with your sales representative.

Communicate: Communicate with your sales representative to bring problem(s) to their attention.
Ship to us: By the Quality Department (QD) receiving the product(s) and confirmed the manufacturing process related issue. After that
Repair: If the action plan(s) (8D report) completed by the Quality Department, the product(s) will be repaired.
Send back: We will ship the product(s) back to the customer.
