Products with quality problems are to be sent back to our repair department.
Photograph Please take clear pictures of the product(s) with the quality-related issues.
Communicate Notify your sales representative about the problem(s).
Ship The Quality Department (QD) receives the product(s) and confirms the manufacturing-related issue. Then, the QD outlines the action plan (8D report) to solve the problem.
Repair As soon as the QD completes the 8D report, the product is ready to be repaired.
Send The fifixed product is shipped back to the customer.
